 GERALD L. WILLIAMS CEO Jerry became President of Tumpeer Chemical in 1986, moving the Company into a pattern of diversification and expansion. He joined Tumpeer Chemical in 1974. His earlier background included sales and marketing positions at Eastman Chemical Products, Inc., and at General Tire & Rubber Company, Chemical/Plastics Division. He holds B.S. and B.A. degrees from Muskingum College and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. |
 WENDY S. WILLIAMS CORPORATE SECRETARY Wendy Williams holds degrees from Shenstone College of Worcestershire, England, William Rainey Harper College and Northern Illinois University. She became Corporate Secretary in 1986 and performs a variety of top-level administrative functions. |
 DANUTA (Dana) KNAPSKA ORDER ENTRY SUPERVISOR Dana joined Tumpeer Chemical in 2003 after years of working in South Africa and Poland. She attended William Rainey Harper College gaining skills that enhance her bookkeeping and office management expertise. |
 JAMES M. KASINGER, JR. PLANT MANAGER Jim joined TCC Manufacturing Co. in 2005. He previously worked for Pioneer Asphalt in the Mineral Rubber section. Jim holds a degree in Industrial Maintenance from Olney Central College. |

 FRED PEDERSEN SUB AGENT - FALLS CHEMICAL RESOURCES Working from his home base of Akron, Ohio, Fred brings over 31 years of experience in the plastic and rubber industries to Tumpeer Chemical Company. He purchased PSI - Production Systems, Inc. in 2000 after years working with Goodrich, General Tires Chemical Division and Goldsmith & Eggleton, Inc. He is a graduate of Akron University with a BS in business administration and a concentration in marketing. |
